Your Eligibility

Older people that need support to stay in their home, and younger people with disabilities, dementia or special needs are eligible for home care packages.

What level of package is right for you?

A level 1 or 2 package gives you enough funds to provide a bit of support at home. A level 3 or 4 package offers a higher amount of funding so you can manage at home as long as possible.

The level of package offered to you by the Government will be based on your assessed needs.
