Our Family

White Oak is family – it’s what makes us proud to pull on the White Oak uniform every day. Everyone connected to us – staff, clients and their families, can expect honesty, respect and understanding with every interaction with White Oak.

White Oak’s humble beginnings as a family business started in 1998, when a former nurse, Mary, had a genuine concern over the lack of high-quality care services for seniors.

Mary understood that many people would be able to stay living well in their own homes if they were given the right care and support needed. Mary also recognised that people were confused by the vast options available, and realised she could offer a service that made it simple, easy and straight-forward.

Today, White Oak’s General Manager is Mary’s daughter, Treasa Lonergan. Treasa knows that giving people the right advice and support was extremely important to her mum and as White Oak continues to grow, it remains at the heart of everything we do.

White Oak is now one of the leading home care services in Perth and provides services to over 1,300 people each month. After 25 years of dedicated service, our core belief still remains that every person’s needs are individual. White Oak continues to provide the best quality of services to each person cared for.

In bringing our family to yours, White Oak’s dedicated team of caring professionals aim to help people live the life they want to live, in their own home for as long as possible. We improve the quality of life because that’s what families do.
