COVID-19: Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that the rapidly evolving situation regarding the outbreak of COVID-19 may be causing uncertainty for White Oak clients and their families.
We have created this FAQ list as an overview of our response to reassure you that we are working hard to protect all clients, staff, families and the wider community.

How is White Oak Home Care Services and the Hall & Prior Health and Aged Care Group safeguarding against COVID-19?

  • We have an action plan in place and will continue to follow the guidelines of health authorities, and State and Federal Government to safeguard our clients and staff.
  • Our measures to maintain the health and safety of our clients and staff will adapt and change as the spread of COVID-19 progresses, in line with expert advice.
  • We have in place strict outbreak policies and procedures designed to protect our clients from the potential spread of COVID-19, these will evolve as needed.
  • While we acknowledge uncertainty in a health emergency, it is important to remember that White Oak and Hall & Prior has more than 20 years of experience in the health and aged care sector and infection control has always been our priority.
